Poznaj
proces projektowy
i etapy współpracy.

Depending on the agreed scope of cooperation—whether it's a basic project, a comprehensive project, or perhaps a service with supervision—our activities can be divided into stages. Below, we outline the cooperation process.

01.

First meeting - analysis of client preferences and needs.

We begin by thoroughly understanding the client's needs, requirements, and tastes, their expectations, and budget. We select a style, preferred colors, and materials. We discuss the design brief and the terms of collaboration. The meeting can take any form: a meeting, a teleconference, or a series of emails.

02.

Inventory – measurements.

The second stage involves measuring the interior, analyzing it, and checking its overall technical condition. We conduct the inventory in person on site or, in the case of a remote project, based on measurements or developer's plans provided by the client. At the investor's request, we can conduct the inventory anywhere in Poland for an additional, individually agreed-upon fee.

03.

Functional layout.

We present the functional layout concept in two or three versions of each room. 2D floor plans include a proposed furniture and equipment layout. We also propose new partition wall layouts and additional space designations. We discuss everything and make adjustments.

04.

Photorealistic 3D visualization.

A photorealistic 3D visualization of the designer's work to date. We assess the style and aesthetics of the interior, including the selection of colors, materials, furnishings, furniture, lighting, and decorations. We then consult on the final result and make adjustments.

05.

Technical documentation.

Technical documentation includes all necessary drawings and information needed by contractors to complete the project, including wall designs with color or wall covering selections, suspended ceilings, flooring with material selection, lighting layout drawings, plumbing layout drawings, carpentry designs, and custom-made furniture (kitchen, wardrobes, and closets). The documentation includes material information and construction instructions.

06.

Kosztorys.

The cost estimate includes a list of furnishings and finishing materials: furniture, paints, ceramics, lighting fixtures, fabrics, wall and floor coverings, paintings, carpets, and decorations. It is a material and cost breakdown, along with information on the model, manufacturer, price, quantity, and place of purchase. Upon request, we can prepare a list of substitutes.

07.

Supervision of finishing works.

We oversee the compliance of the work performed with the design, approving any changes or alternative solutions. We constantly monitor expenses and budgets. We provide assistance and consultations with the purchase of finishing materials and furnishings. At the end of the project, our architect will thoroughly inspect and accept the completed work.
